This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor in Kochi. The Senior Student Counsellor will guide students in exploring education and career opportunities abroad, assess student goals, and recommend suitable academic paths. Additional responsibilities include providing in-depth career counseling, supporting students through application processes, and maintaining strong communication and customer service throughout the student journey.

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of the Education sector and international academic programs
• Ability to build trust and provide personalized advice
• Proactive attitude with effective problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in overseas education consultancy is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
