Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role at our new venture Malabar Table located in Kochi. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all guest needs are met. Additional responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, assisting in event coordination, and maintaining a hospitable and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a friendly demeanor to greet and assist customers
- Experience in Reservations and managing guest lists efficiently
- Effective Communication and professional etiquette in verbal and written interactions
- Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and handling guest concerns with care
- Strong Phone Etiquette skills with the ability to manage inquiries professionally
- Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and work well under pressure
- Prior experience in the hospitality or events industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in hospitality management is a plus
