Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of student profiles to recommend appropriate courses and overseas universities.
- Provide expert advice on admission processes, required documentation, visa applications, and pre-departure preparations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful applications and enrolments.
- Keep updated on trends in overseas education, university changes, and country-specific regulations.
- Accurately document student details and monitor application progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless application processing and support.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of 1 year's experience in education counselling, sales, or customer service- .Bachelor's degree in any discipline; certifications in counselling or education are an added advantage
