Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor, based in Kochi. The role involves guiding students in selecting appropriate courses and universities, providing tailored country-specific counseling, and assisting in the application process. The counselor will also support students with career counseling, preparation for interviews, and ensuring compliance with visa requirements. Additionally, the role requires educating students on scholarship opportunities and intake timelines, while maintaining clear and empathetic communication with students and their families.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and Career Counseling
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing tailored educational advice
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of education systems and requirements in study destinations such as the UK, Australia, and Germany, among others
• Proficiency in building strong rapport with students and their families
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in overseas education consulting is an advantage
