Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Overseas Student Counsellor. The primary responsibilities of this role include guiding students through the study abroad process, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions to understand their academic and career goals, assisting them with educational pathways, and providing support with applications and visa processes. The role also involves coordinating workshops, ensuring a high level of customer service, and liaising with institutions and clients to offer tailored guidance.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students effectively based on their goals and interests
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support to students and their families
  • Knowledge of the education sector, including international study programs, admissions processes, and visa requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in overseas education consultancy or a related domain is a plus
