About the Role

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving Lucidity's organic growth strategy across search and discovery channels. Your mandate will be to build and execute an organic pipeline engine through SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and relevant technical forums and communities.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will develop Lucidity's content strategy and work closely with product marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure our content is consistently discovered by enterprise buyers researching cloud storage optimization, FinOps efficiency, and infrastructure automation.

You will own clear objectives around organic traffic, high-intent engagement, and pipeline generation.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution (coach and a player mindset), understands modern search environments, and knows how to translate complex infrastructure topics into discoverable content that drives a qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Lucidity's organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO, GEO, and community channels
  • Develop and manage Lucidity's content strategy and editorial roadmap aligned to organic pipeline generation targets
  • Identify search categories related to cloud storage optimization, FinOps, and infrastructure automation
  • Ensure Lucidity content performs well in AI-powered search environments and generative results
  • Monitor and respond to algorithm updates and emerging search behaviors
  • Work closely with product marketing and technical teams to translate product capabilities into high-impact content
  • Develop reporting frameworks to track organic performance including traffic, engagement, and pipeline generated
  • Continuously test and optimize conversion paths from organic discovery to lead generation

Qualifications

  • 810 years of experience in SEO or organic growth roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Prior experience working with cloud infrastructure, FinOps audiences
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling organic growth programs
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO principles
  • Experience developing and executing content-driven SEO strategies
  • Familiarity with AEO and GEO concepts and evolving AI-driven search behavior
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with marketing technology and CMS platforms such as HubSpot
  • Experience managing corporate social media profiles and posts, including LinkedIn
