About The Role
This is a high-ownership, growth-first role at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution. As our Senior SEO Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the full organic growth and CRO charter across all CASE Platforms brands independently identifying the highest-leverage growth categories, building the roadmap, and driving execution with product teams, content, and external agencies.
This is a leadership cum IC role. We're looking for someone who sets the vision and is also in the weeds writing specs, launching experiments, and shipping work that moves the needle. If you're looking for a purely managerial seat, this isn't it.
What You'll Be Doing
Organic Growth Leadership
- Lead SEO strategy and execution across all CASE Platforms brands: smallcase, Tickertape, creditcase, and more
- Independently identify high-impact growth categories and own the end-to-end roadmap from ideation to execution
- Work cross-functionally with product, content, engineering, and external agencies to drive the organic growth charter
- Build a performance-driven reporting framework to track organic KPIs and communicate progress to leadership
SEO & AEO / GEO
- Develop and execute a full-funnel SEO strategy tailored to a rapidly evolving fintech landscape covering informational, navigational, and high-intent transactional categories
- Lead competitor analysis and gap identification to consistently find white-space opportunities before rivals do
- Stay at the cutting edge of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) adapting content and site architecture to perform in AI-powered search experiences
- Monitor and respond to algorithm updates, SERP feature changes, and emerging search behaviour with speed and precision
- Build content strategies that drive visibility in AI-generated answers, featured snippets, SGE results, and voice search
Technical SEO
- Own the technical SEO foundation: site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and page speed
- Conduct technical audits and partner with engineering to resolve issues at scale
- Lead schema and entity optimisation to improve brand and content visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search
- Drive log file analysis, internal linking strategy, and crawl budget optimisation across large content surfaces
AI-Powered Growth & Workflow Optimisation
- Be a 10x marketer who uses AI to dramatically multiply output this is a non-negotiable mindset for this role
- Deploy programmatic SEO systems using AI to generate and publish content at scale
- Automate competitive intelligence, SERP monitoring, reporting, and content performance workflows
- Use AI for content revamps, gap analysis, and refreshing underperforming pages at scale
- Build internal tooling and processes that help the broader team move faster and smarter
High-Intent Traffic & CRO
- Map the full user journey from organic search to signup and paid conversion across all CASE Platforms brands
- Identify the highest-intent traffic categories and build dedicated strategies to own them
- Partner with product and design to run CRO experiments that turn organic traffic into sign-ups and paying users
- Own the organic attribution framework understanding which traffic converts, at what rate, and why
Experience
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in SEO/organic growth; minimum 5 years in a hands-on SEO role
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and conversions for fintech products (direct fintech experience strongly preferred; consumer internet or SaaS at comparable scale considered)
- Experience independently owning growth charters identifying the problem, designing the solution, and shipping the outcome
- Prior experience at a product-led growth company is a strong plus
Skills & Mindset
- Deep expertise in modern SEO: on-page, off-page, technical, entity SEO, E-E-A-T, and content strategy
- Hands-on experience with AEO and GEO actively thinking about how search is evolving and already adapting for it
- Strong technical SEO foundation comfortable working with developers, reading HTML/JS, and using tools like Screaming Frog, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar
- Advanced proficiency using AI for SEO: programmatic content, automated reporting, competitor monitoring, content optimisation
- Strong CRO instincts you think not just about getting traffic but about what happens to it
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communicator able to influence without authority, present to leadership, and work across functions
Bonus Points
- Experience managing SEO team members or agencies
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or no-code automation tools for SEO workflows
- Background in financial services, investment, or lending products
- Experience building programmatic SEO at 10k+ page scale
- Prior startup or high-growth company experience
