Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field sales activities, B2B marketing, and relationship building with clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and negotiating deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from lead generation to delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide solutions using company products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (construction equipment/industrial machinery).
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of construction industry dynamics, including market analysis and competitor research.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with clients at all levels.
