• Analyze policy announcements and infrastructure project progress

• Prepare market outlook reports and insights for clients

Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect data from developers, project sites, and internal stakeholders

• Perform data cleaning, validation, and interpretation using Excel and analytical tools

• Maintain and update REIS databases with accurate market information

Client & Business Insights

• Deliver real estate intelligence including location, construction, and transaction data

• Provide insights on market trends, pricing movements, and competitor analysis

• Support client queries with data-backed research outputs

Reporting & Presentation

• Prepare market reports, presentations, and dashboards

• Ensure high-quality slide design and structured reporting formats

• Contribute to thought leadership publications and media insights

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with internal REIS teams and APAC research units

• Coordinate with business lines for data inputs and validations

• Support cross-functional research assignments
