Reports to:Zonal Head / Regional Business Head

To strengthen our Direct Channel in Hyderabad, we are looking for an ambitious and drivenBranch headwho can lead, manage, and grow the sales team while ensuring business excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team ofRelationship Managers / Direct Sales Executives.
  • Drive business targets for theDirect Channelin the Hyderabad branch.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue, productivity, and profitability goals.
  • Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
  • Train, guide, and mentor sales staff to improve selling skills and enhance performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competition activities, and implement local strategies for growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain service excellence.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate, MBA preferred.
  • 8 - 10 years of sales experience(minimum 3 years in Life Insurance)
  • Proven track record indirect sales and team management.
  • Strong understanding ofHyderabad market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within timelines.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience as aBranch Manager / Sales Manager in Life Insurance.
  • High energy, result-oriented mindset with strong decision-making ability.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to build, train, and retain high-performing sales teams.
