We're Hiring: Senior Recruiter!

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to attract top talent and build effective hiring strategies that align with our business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team and business partners across the company to understand business requirements and client expectations.

  • Adhere to standard hiring strategies, goals, and processes.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including requirement gathering, screening, interviews, selections, and pre-onboarding.

  • Manage posting of job vacancies across the most effective recruitment channels, considering responsiveness, quality, and cost.

  • Support execution of recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements.

  • Ensure satisfactory candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Explore new recruitment channels, develop innovative talent acquisition ideas, and recommend process improvements to the recruitment lead.

  • Administer and attend job interviews for assigned vacancies.

  • Assist leads and senior recruiters in analyzing market trends and developing strategies to achieve recruitment targets on time.

  • Assist in creating market intelligence reports based on current market standards and talent availability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience recruiting for both Non-Tech roles (CRM and Business Support) and IT roles.

  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and regular candidate/hiring manager communication.

  • Ability to analyze demands, targets, and run rates.

  • Strategic skills in using both mainstream and niche sourcing channels.

  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, reporting systems, and sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).

  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating client and candidate information and making objective decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Experience in BPO / RPO or client-facing recruitment environments
