This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Recruiter based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top technical talent. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, designing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. This role is key to building and maintaining an exceptional talent pipeline to support the company's growth objectives.

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Experience in Technical Recruiting with skills in identifying and hiring top-tier technical talent
• Strong Recruiting and Hiring expertise, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Excellent Communication skills, including strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a technical domain
