Role Overview:
We seek an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter of Talent Acquisition (IC ROLE) to contribute to our lateral and niche hiring efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of EdTech hiring, and has a passion for building strong, diverse, and scalable teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments, with a strong focus on lateral and niche hiring
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, etc.)
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and drive workforce planning initiatives
- Optimize the hiring funnel to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality
- Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters
- Ensure a top-notch candidate experience aligned with our employer brand
- Track recruitment metrics and generate insightful hiring reports for leadership
- Stay current on market trends and talent availability within the EdTech industry
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in lateral and niche hiring
- Prior experience in EdTech is mandatory
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- Strong data orientation and understanding of recruitment tools & ATS
- Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments
