Job Title: Senior Project Manager – C&I (Commercial Interiors)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of commercial interior (C&I) projects. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage timelines, costs, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead multiple commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project budgets
- Drive site execution strategies and resolve on-ground challenges proactively
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless delivery
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates
Planning & Coordination
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution roadmaps
- Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure alignment between drawings, BOQs, and site execution
Cost & Vendor Management
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives
- Manage vendor finalization, negotiations, and performance tracking
- Ensure efficient material planning and utilization at site
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and company SOPs
- Conduct regular audits and inspections at project sites
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of experience only in commercial interior fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of site execution, MEP coordination, and finishing works
- Proven experience in handling large-scale turnkey projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
