Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with 8-11 years of experience in the Insurance domain to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, and providing subject matter expertise in the Insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
- Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Develop functional specifications and use cases to support project delivery
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback
- Provide subject matter expertise in the Insurance domain, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful project delivery and testing
- Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Provide status updates and communicate project risks and issues to stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 8-11 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain
- Strong knowledge of Insurance industry processes and regulations
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or TFS
- Certifications such as CBAP or ACORD are desirable
