Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Project Phase (Concept / Pre-Sales Phase):
- Prepare high-level project timelines.
- Collaborate with regional teams to create and review effort estimates for services.
Project Planning Phase:
- Create and maintain project Confluence pages.
- Support regional teams in coordinating with HQ teams for internal kickoff meetings.
- Publish detailed project schedules.
- Assist regional PMs in creating and updating detailed project plans.
- Publish Project Charter, team/escalation matrix, and RACI matrix.
- Create Epic tickets in JIRA and update all delivery progress.
- Maintain budget tracking and man-hours reports via Clockify.
- Assist with resource planning and coordinate resource requirements from HQ.
Project Delivery Phase:
- Attend weekly review and project meetings, updating Confluence with notes and action items.
- Follow up on hardware manufacturing and logistics.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics for timely delivery of hardware to sites.
- Monitor all hardware deliverables, identify gaps, and create JIRA tickets for additional materials.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure desired features are developed and delivered.
- Provide timely updates to regional teams for software delivery discrepancies and delays.
- Support regional teams with payment receipt and invoicing status.
- Update FOC material tracking and budget monitoring sheets.
- Coordinate with Product teams for handover to verification and validation teams for testing.
- Track progress of testing and escalate delays or issues via JIRA.
Project Execution Phase:
- Support regional PMs in I&C resource allocation and travel planning.
- Create deployment tickets in JIRA and coordinate successful deployment based on server readiness.
- Facilitate integration testing with regional teams, customers, and HQ.
- Set up and lead war rooms if required.
- Track UAT test plans and update KPI monitoring and ramp-up plans.
- Ensure successful closure of NPD tickets and handover of project to Client Services.
Requirements:
- B.E/B.Tech (EC/EEE/EI/ME) with Master's in Business Administration or Project Management.
- 4+ years of overall experience with hands-on experience in managing large projects and programs.
- Strong understanding of E2E project management, project success criteria, project pillars, and budgeting.
