Documents are the currency of every business and large enterprises use Acrobat for critical business outcomes. Adobe is seeking an experienced and hardworking Principal Product Manager to join Adobe Acrobat product management team in Noida. In this role, lead the product roadmap for all Acrobat enterprise customers impacting billions of annual revenue, thousands of large enterprises and millions of monthly active users. This is a strategic role with senior exec visibility, directly impacting Acrobat's adoption and growth within enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

• Build the Future: Define and champion a bold, data-driven lifecycle engagement strategy addressing critical customer difficulties while unlocking key business opportunities.
• Deliver delight: Lead cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, sales, and marketing-to launch engaging, multi-channel customer experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead with Insights: Conduct in-depth research on customer and market needs and perform competitive analysis
• Mentor and inspire: Coach and elevate PMs across the team, fostering a culture of excellence in product craft, analytical rigor, and strategic articulation.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.
• BS in Engineering and MBA from top business school (IIM, XLRI, ISB) or equivalent experience.
• Overall 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 8 years of post-MBA experience in a product/business role is highly desirable.
• Effective internal and external stakeholder management to drive consensus, build the right product and drive adoption
• Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated proficiencies in making data-driven recommendations and drive decisions
• Strong communication and social skills ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
• Experience in agile software development practices within a large team environment desirable.
