Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Leader to drive regional business growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver on ambitious revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a proven track record of scaling sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Revenue & Growth Drive overall regional revenue, ensuring consistent achievement of business targets and profitability goals.
- Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team; build a strong second line of leadership.
- Strategic Sales Planning Design and execute data-driven sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new segments.
- Client & Stakeholder Management Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive long-term business value.
- Performance Management Monitor sales pipelines, conversion metrics, and team productivity; implement interventions to improve outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to unlock growth opportunities and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in Sales, with significant exposure to team leadership
- Proven track record of handling large teams and owning revenue targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly data-driven with a sharp focus on execution and results
- Experience in scaling business operations and driving market expansion preferred
