Job description
- For the position of Project Interface Manager, we are looking for a very skilled, experienced and motivated individual in order to smooth execution of e Loco Project . Manage a customer and be the single point of contact for daily project related matters to follow up with the customer, ensure project execution is smoot and customer satisfaction is achieved
- This position is based in Delhi candidiate will be part of the overall project core team, but he/she requires a strongly skill of Customer Management . He/She will interface with all relevant interface stakeholders mainly with External Customer - Various Raliway Zones , Railway Board . Direct reporting will be to the Project Manager-e Loco according to the Project Organization .
Key accountabilities:
- Act as a point of contact for customer to support the project organisation on all customer issues.
- Day to day follow up with the customer on open issues.
- Information sharing with project core team on customer issues.
Qualification:
Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in customer management Project execution
