About The Role
Mission:
To design and oversee the development of software systems that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Role:
Architecture Design: Develop and document high-level and detailed software architecture models.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices.
Standards and Guidelines: Establish coding standards, development processes, and technical policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to architecture, and maintain system quality.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring system scalability and reliability.
Risk Management: Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation for future reference and onboarding.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) are a plus
Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
Typically 8-15 years of software development experience
Proven track record in designing and implementing complex software systems
Experience leading technical teams and projects
Security principles and compliance standards
Data modeling and database design
Software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Integration techniques and APIs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with various development methodologies and tools
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, databases, and integration techniques
Having experience in Multiple programming language like JAVA / PHP / Node
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Leadership and mentorship capabilities
Decision-making and strategic thinking
Adaptability to emerging technologies
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Cloud computing and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure,GCP) is a plus
