Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Pre-Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing tailored proposals, and effectively presenting solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting and nurturing client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, preparing detailed presentations and proposals, and assisting in negotiations to close deals. The role requires a proactive approach to market analysis and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications
  • Client engagement and account management skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and developing tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with pre-sales activities and collaborating with technical and sales teams to understand project requirements.
  • Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry, including industrial and residential project management, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or pre-sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software.
