Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad/Jaipur/Delhi-NCR. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, fostering client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans to enhance revenue. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, analyzing financial data, developing partnerships, and coordinating between stakeholders to execute business strategies effectively. The role also requires presenting proposals, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of Financial Services, including Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, and Digital Lending
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in financial services or a business development role is advantageous
