Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor/Telecaller who will be responsible for interacting with prospective students and working professionals, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into successful admissions. The candidate will also handle in-person visits at the office and guide walk-in prospects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to students and working professionals from provided leads
* Explain course details, benefits, career prospects, and fee structure clearly
* Follow up with interested candidates and nurture leads for conversion
* Convert inquiries into admissions by effective counseling and persuasion
* Handle walk-in inquiries and provide complete guidance about courses
* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
* Meet daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
* Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
* Good listening and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
* Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is an advantage
* Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
