Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven full-time Business Development Executive to join our team on-site at our Ahmedabad office. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include creating proposals, presenting services and products to clients, and staying updated on industry trends to develop effective strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales Skills: Proven ability in lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation to achieve organizational revenue goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong aptitude for delivering effective presentations and correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Competence in market research, identifying growth opportunities, and formulating strategies to expand customer base and market reach.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with mobile applications and on-demand service platforms is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs while adhering to company policies.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
