Senior Marketing Manager

A US fintech scaling its India marketing team

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India)

About the Company

A fast-scaling US fintech is building out its India marketing team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a senior leader to anchor it. You will set strategy for a company moving quickly in a high-trust category, with room to build a team beneath you. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing strategy and its execution across channels, mentor a growing team, and be accountable for pipeline, brand, and growth. You will set the direction and then make sure the work ships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Set the marketing strategy and quarterly plan against revenue goals
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of marketers and specialists
  • Own budget allocation and the case for new channels and bets

Growth & Performance

  • Drive demand generation across paid, content, lifecycle, and events
  • Own funnel metrics, attribution, and reporting to the leadership team
  • Partner with sales and product on positioning and go-to-market

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 10 years in marketing with time spent leading or mentoring
  • A record of owning strategy and delivering measurable growth
  • Strong commercial instinct and comfort with data and attribution
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated, high-trust category
  • Exposure to US or global markets and time-zone overlap
  • An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing
