ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing to own the entire marketing function. This is a builder's role: you'll inherit a small team, scale it, and shape how Wisemonk goes to market across the US and beyond
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
You'll run all of marketing - strategy through execution - and be accountable for pipeline, brand, and the team that delivers both. Specifically:
Demand generation & paid: Own the demand engine end to end. Build, measure, and scale paid and organic programs that generate qualified pipeline from our core US market and other geographies.
Inbound, SEO & content: Lead content and SEO as a primary growth channel - the engine that compounds. Set the strategy, raise the quality bar, and tie output to pipeline.
ABM: Design and run account-based programs in close partnership with sales, targeting the HR, finance, and founder buyers we sell to.
Product marketing: Own positioning, messaging, and launches. Make sure how we talk about Wisemonk reflects what the product actually does and why it wins.
Brand & PR: Build the brand deliberately - voice, narrative, and external presence that earns trust with an international audience.
Field, events & webinars: Run the programs that put us in front of buyers directly and convert interest into conversations.
Team: Start hands-on with a small team, then hire and build the function as we grow. You'll be expected to do the work now and lead it later.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years in marketing, with significant time in B2B SaaS.
- A track record marketing from India to the US - and ideally other global markets. You understand the US buyer, the GTM motion, and what it takes to win attention across timezones.
- Proven depth across inbound/SEO/content, demand generation, ABM, product marketing, brand/PR, and field/events. Not every channel at expert level, but real, hands-on experience across the full stack.
- You've built and scaled marketing teams before, not just managed them.
- Comfortable owning numbers. You think in pipeline and revenue, not impressions.
- A strong writer and communicator with a clear sense of what good, human-sounding marketing looks like.
- Someone who wants to own a function and grow with the company, not just execute a brief.
