Role: Sr. Human Resource Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and talent pipeline development to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and ATS
- Drive employer branding initiatives and improve hiring strategies
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs
- Track and report key hiring metrics (TAT, offer drop ratio, closures, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and hiring processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ATS platforms
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an advertising agency
- Exposure to both bulk and niche hiring mandates
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Zoho Recruit
