Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for IT and corporate roles using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using recruitment tools and Excel trackers.
  • Support weekend hiring events and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of tasks, build strong relationships, and focus on personal growth.
  • Contribute to the company culture by striving for excellence, focusing on meaningful outcomes, and collaborating effectively.
