Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Manager role based in Greater Noida. The Senior Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and drive revenue growth across the firm's practice areas. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development (using active and passive modes) and go-to-market strategies, preparing pitches and proposals, coordinating with practice leaders to position services, and tracking market trends and competitive activity. The role involves managing key accounts, supporting branding and thought-leadership initiatives, representing the firm at industry events, and maintaining an active pipeline using CRM and reporting tools. The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with partners, attorneys, and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with the firm's strategic objectives.
