Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The Senior Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to grow StudioMESO's presence across retail, experiential, branding, and communication design sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client design and communication needs, and collaborating with the design team to translate those needs into clear proposals and pitch decks. The role involves managing the entire business development cycle—pipeline management, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and handover to project teams—while tracking performance against sales targets and reporting progress to leadership. The Senior Business Development Manager will also represent StudioMESO at industry events, gather market insights, and provide feedback to help shape service offerings and positioning.
