StudioMESO has experience across diverse domains, including retail strategy, experiential spaces, visual merchandising, exhibitions and events, museum design, and branding. The studio works on both project-based assignments and longer-term engagements, supporting clients from concept through to product deliverables. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The Senior Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to grow StudioMESO's presence across retail, experiential, branding, and communication design sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client design and communication needs, and collaborating with the design team to translate those needs into clear proposals and pitch decks. The role involves managing the entire business development cycle—pipeline management, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and handover to project teams—while tracking performance against sales targets and reporting progress to leadership. The Senior Business Development Manager will also represent StudioMESO at industry events, gather market insights, and provide feedback to help shape service offerings and positioning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in design, creative services, architecture, marketing, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
  • Ability to conduct effective client meetings, understand business and design requirements, and translate them into clear briefs and proposals.
  • Experience preparing and delivering impactful presentations, pitch decks, and commercial proposals.
  • Knowledge of branding, communication design, or experiential environments (retail, exhibitions, events, museums) is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfort working closely with creative teams and aligning client expectations with design and delivery capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including use of CRM or tracking tools to manage prospects, activities, and forecasts.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Design Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized certification is a plus.
