Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in the Pune Division, for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing strategic business plans, and achieving sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include creating and implementing innovative sales strategies, leading client presentations, conducting market research, liaising with project managers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a results-driven approach to explore and secure new business opportunities within the real estate industry.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Acquisition
  • Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to develop and implement Sales Strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
