Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for both domestic and international markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to formulate effective sales approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align sales goals with the company's strategic vision.

Domestic & International Sales Management:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team across different regions.
  • Establish robust sales processes, metrics, and reporting systems for transparent performance tracking.
  • Drive strategic account management and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across domestic and international clients.

Market Expansion & Business Development:

  • Identify and penetrate new markets, including large-scale events, entertainment companies, government projects, and corporate collaborations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market reach and brand positioning.
  • Lead negotiations, close high-value contracts, and ensure successful project deliveries.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, government bodies, corporate clients, and international partners.
  • Represent BotLab's at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in international sales, business development, and market expansion.
  • Demonstrated success in selling large-scale events, entertainment solutions, or technology-driven services.
  • Experience working with government contracts and private sector clients across domestic and international markets.
  • Comfortable with frequent national and international travel

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship-building abilities.
