Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager / AVP Business Development to lead revenue growth for our Digital Transformation and IT Services portfolio. The role focuses on selling custom web and mobile application development, cloud solutions, and enterprise digital transformation services to global clients. The incumbent will own the sales strategy, build scalable teams, close high-value enterprise deals, and establish strong CXO-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the overall sales and growth strategy for Digital Transformation services
Lead new business acquisition across global markets including US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC
Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, deal conversion, and sales KPIs
Manage complete enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Business Development, Account Management, and Pre-Sales professionals
Collaborate closely with Delivery, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with market demand
Lead RFP/RFQ responses, solution positioning, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and strategic partners
Identify new markets, alliances, and growth opportunities
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry shifts
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience in IT Services sales with a strong focus on Digital Transformation
Proven success in closing large-ticket and enterprise-level deals
Strong understanding of custom web & mobile application development, cloud technologies, UI/UX, APIs, and system integration
Experience selling to global clients across multiple geographies
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent business qualification
Exposure to SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, Data, or emerging digital technologies
Experience working in startups or fast-growing IT services organizations
