Expression 360 Services India Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead business growth for Events & Exhibitions division. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and innovative event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, and experiential marketing.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and industry events.
- Develop and deliver compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary SPOC for clients from pitch to closure.
- Build long-term relationships with government, PSU's and agencies.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event solutions.
Strategic & Market Insights
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging event formats.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, service offerings, and go-to-market plans.
- Support leadership in identifying new business verticals and opportunities.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the Creative, Client Servicing, Production and leadership team to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure proper handover post-closure and client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and BTL.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Events / Exhibitions / Advertising / Experiential Marketing.
- Proven track record of business development and revenue generation.
- Experience working with agencies, and government/PSU clients is mandatory.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
