We are looking for a highly driven Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, new product development (NPD), and brand growth for our D2C business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consumer brand building, product storytelling, and growth marketing.
This role requires someone who is passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, understands modern D2C consumer behavior, and can translate insights into impactful brand and marketing strategies. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's positioning, launching new products, and scaling them in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership:
- Own and drive the overall brand strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, offline, social, and influencer channels
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints
- Develop strong brand narratives and product storytelling for product launches and scale-ups
Product Development & Growth:
- Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives in collaboration with product and category teams
- Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches
- Translate consumer insights into differentiated value propositions
- Monitor brand impact on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion
Consumer & Market Insights:
- Conduct consumer research, category analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Track brand health metrics including awareness, recall, NPS, and customer sentiment
- Use insights to continuously optimize brand messaging and marketing campaigns
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Partner closely with performance marketing teams to align brand and performance goals
- Lead content strategy across social media, influencer collaborations, and creator partnerships
- Measure campaign effectiveness through data, analytics, and performance tracking
Stakeholder & Agency Management:
- Manage and guide creative, media, influencer, and PR agencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Design, Sales, and Operations teams
- Ensure timely campaign execution and high-quality brand output
Skills & Experience:
- 410 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Brand Management
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, or E-commerce brands preferred
- Strong expertise in brand building, storytelling, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in product launches and scaling consumer brands
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing decisions
