We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead Cuemath's digital brand engine across global markets.
This role requires someone who can think strategically and also roll up their sleeves to execute, optimize, and scale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Channel Architecture
- Define Cuemath's digital brand strategy across global markets
- Identify the right platforms for brand building OTT, YouTube, Digital Video, high-impact publisher networks, etc.
- Build a structured media mix approach for sustainable brand growth
- Recommend investments basis audience behavior, market maturity, and ROI potential
2. End-to-End Campaign Execution
- Own full-funnel digital brand campaigns from concept to launch
- Execute and scale campaigns across the right platforms
- Work closely with Creative, Media, and Analytics teams
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized continuously
- Drive localization where needed across markets.
3. Measurement, Attribution & ROI Ownership
- Build and operationalize a robust brand measurement framework
- Track metrics
- Brand lift
- Search uplift
- Direct traffic growth
- Assisted conversions
- Impact on CAC and funnel efficiency
- Translate brand performance into business impact metrics
4. Continuous Optimization & Scale
- Evaluate campaign performance and refine channel mix
- Test new digital platforms and emerging media formats
- Drive experimentation with a structured learning agenda
- Scale high-performing channels
Requirements Must Have
- 610+ years of brand marketing experience
- Hands-on experience executing digital brand campaigns at scale
- Experience in OTT, YouTube, CTV or premium digital video ecosystems
- Strong understanding of brand measurement and attribution frameworks
- Experience in a global education company (preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data
