Project description
Responsible for leading and supporting the Category Head in the brand strategy and execution of All Out LE portfolio to drive brand growth, profitability and market share. Market research, competitor analysis, campaign management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage the brand's portfolio , price, promotion, and placement are important aspects of the role.
Key Accountabilities
Brand Strategy Execution :
- Identify the execution strategy in view of the overall Brand Strategy to drive growth and market share.
- Strengthen brand presence, visibility, and consumer engagement across markets.
- Proactively track competition and category updates across channels. Analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Manage and support integrated Marketing campaigns to drive engagement and socialize Brand story/ identity.
Creatives :
- Develop and Execute innovative Brand Creatives (all channels and platform) to drive brand awareness and strengthen brand identity.
Partnering with agency and stakeholder management :
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Brand initiatives are delivered in a timely manner
- Work with agency partners to develop and implement creative execution across offline and online media.
Budget Management :
- Create and manage the brand budget, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within cost.
Internal & External Stakeholders :
External - Agency Partner- Media/ creative/ digital and Ecom
Internal - Cross functional stakeholders
Skills Required
Functional :
- Proven experience in Brand Management in FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of fundamentals of Marketing, Marketing Mix and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to understand a problem, structure the analysis and present solutions
- Manages and implements projects with excellence
Behavioral :
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Innovation mind set and agile thinking to leverage on the new age technologies
- High result orientation
- Strong communication and influencing skills
Key Competencies :
- Should have hands-on experience with:
- Media Plans- planning and implementation across TV and Digital
- Experience with Commerce/ Performance Marketing and BTL Activations a plus
- Nielsen RMS Analytics and Trendspotting
- Brand Equity Tracking
- Proven track-record with Innovations and GTM Strategy a plus
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Brand Management role. Experience in FMCG industry is a must. The candidate must be an MBA from a reputed B-School.
