As we scale aggressively in India and international markets, we are looking for a senior leader who can own brand growth end-to-end and evolve into a department head.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Brand & Performance Manager who deeply understands luxury branding and also has strong command over performance marketing and e-commerce growth.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Brand strategy
- Media planning & performance
- Shopify-led e-commerce
- Client leadership & internal execution
You will be responsible for understanding the brand's DNA and business goals, translating them into clear growth strategies and media plans, and ensuring flawless execution by internal teams across Facebook, Google, Shopify, and CRM channels.
This is a high-ownership role with a clear path to leading the Brand Growth / Client Strategy department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Business Ownership
- Act as the primary brand growth owner for assigned luxury fashion & lifestyle clients
- Deeply understand each brand's positioning, collections, pricing, audience, and business goals
- Translate brand requirements into clear e-commerce growth strategies
2. Performance & Media Planning
- Lead or support the creation of full-funnel media plans across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
- Ensure alignment between brand storytelling and performance objectives
- Review, explain, and defend media plans to clients with confidence and clarity
3. Shopify & E-commerce Growth
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems, including:
- Conversion optimization
- Catalog structuring
- Landing pages, collections, and funnels
- Collaborate with tech, CRO, and automation teams to improve conversion rates and AOV
4. Execution Leadership
- Break down strategy into clear execution plans
- Coordinate with:
- Performance marketing team
- Creative & content team
- Tech & automation team
- Sales / WhatsApp / CRM teams
- Ensure strategies are implemented on time, correctly, and at scale
5. Client Communication & Strategy
- Be a senior point of contact for clients
- Present strategies, performance reviews, and growth plans
- Guide clients with a business-first mindset, not just metrics
6. Team & Department Leadership (Future Role)
- Mentor brand managers and performance managers
- Help define processes, SOPs, and frameworks for brand growth
- Play a key role in building and leading the Brand Growth & Strategy department
Who We're Looking For
Experience
- 610+ years of experience in:
- E-commerce
- Digital marketing
- Brand growth
- Performance marketing
- Prior experience with luxury, premium, or design-led brands is a big plus
- Agency experience preferred (handling multiple brands)
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
- Shopify-based e-commerce businesses
- Ability to think brand and performance together
- Media planning, funnel design, and growth forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
