Role Description:

India Designer Show is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated full-time Event Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team in Noida. This on-site role is pivotal in driving the success of our prestigious luxury fashion events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end event management and planning, aggressively driving sales and sponsorship generation, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires daily interaction and seamless communication with designers, clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure the flawless execution of events, maximize sales opportunities, and elevate overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Sponsorship Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for event participation, booths, and other event-related services.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, pitch, and secure event sponsorships from leading luxury brands and corporate entities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing brand collaborators.
• Negotiate and finalize sales and sponsorship agreements.
• Client & Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for designers, sponsors, and other event participants.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with all stakeholders.
• Marketing & Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that attract high-value participants and sponsors.
• Leverage existing knowledge and establish new connections with luxury brands for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Represent India Designer Show professionally at industry events and networking functions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track sales progress, sponsorship pipeline, and event performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Event Sales Service within the luxury or fashion events industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in Event Management and Event Planning.
• Exceptional Communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong track record in Event Sponsorship Generation.
• Existing Brand Collaboration links & in-depth knowledge of Luxury Brands.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and client-focused approach.
• Experience in the fashion or luxury events industry is a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
