Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Bengaluru, India. The Senior Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating architectural designs, overseeing project execution, and ensuring seamless integration of design and technical elements. The role includes leading project management activities, reviewing and coordinating architectural plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects aligned with the company's aspirations for modern living.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and functional design solutions.
• Experience in Architecture and Integration, with the ability to incorporate various design and engineering aspects seamlessly.
• Expertise in Project Management, with skills in planning, execution, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of Software Development tools and technologies related to architectural planning and design is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required. Relevant certifications are a plus and from Real estate background only.
• Experience 6-10 years only
