Senior Architect - Commercial Building Projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of commercial building projects including office, retail, and mixed-use developments.
• Manage architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, material specifications, and construction details.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality compliance.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling large-scale commercial projects such as office complexes, retail developments, and mixed-use buildings.
• Strong expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, BIM software, and architectural visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, materials, and modern construction practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
