Job Description – Senior Architect

Experience: 8–12 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and design presentations
- Coordinate with consultants, structural teams, MEP teams, and project stakeholders
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Ensure projects comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution and quality standards
- Manage project timelines, approvals, and design coordination activities
- Support project planning, material selection, and design optimization
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth project execution
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior architects and design teams
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in architectural design and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Qualification:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture
- COA Registration preferred
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Real Estate / Construction / Township / Commercial Projects
- Experience in high-rise residential and large-scale developments preferred
