Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Project Architect to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Bengaluru office. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for managing architectural projects from concept to completion, overseeing submittals, and spearheading project management activities. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with LEED standards, supervising the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality architectural solutions. This is an on-site role and requires exceptional leadership and project delivery skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in Architecture and Project Management, with the ability to oversee all stages of design and construction.
• Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes to enhance project efficiency and visualization.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing project submittals to meet client and regulatory expectations.
• Understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and inspire project teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure in architecture is required.
• Prior experience working on high-profile or award-winning architectural projects is highly valued.
