Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices, and encourage a culture of openness and collaboration.
• Assist the Product Owner with managing the product backlog and ensuring clear communication of product requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure efficient workflow and delivery of high-quality software.
• Utilize SAP knowledge to understand the complexities of the project and contribute to the team's understanding of SAP-related issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and address potential roadblocks and facilitate the resolution of issues that impede the team's progress.
• Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
• Coach team members on agile methodologies and practices, and support their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and experience working with SAP-related projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
