JobSummary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master (Heavy) with Business Analyst responsibilities to support Agile delivery while aligning business objectives with technical execution. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience facilitating Scrum teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to improve Front, Middle, and Backoffice operations. This role requires strong domain expertise in Asset Management within an Investment Banking environment, along with the ability to drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, and ensure effective collaboration across crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives
  
• Identify and remove blockers impacting team progress
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog and priorities
  
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables
  
• Drive continuous improvement and team efficiency
  
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and workflow diagrams
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution
  
• Translate business needs into customized technical solutions
  
• Manage dependencies and multiple project deliverables across teams
  
• Ensure analysis and documentation throughout project lifecycle
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as Scrum Master (80%) + Business Analyst (20%)
  
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  
• Advanced knowledge of Agile / Scrum best practices
  
• Strong domain knowledge in Asset Management (Investment Banking)
  
• Proficiency in SQL queries
  
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing environments
  
• Strong problemsolving, attention to detail, and time management
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience working in Asset Management / Investment Banking domain
  
• Prior exposure to Front, Middle, and Backoffice systems
  
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting
  
• Familiarity with process improvement and operational transformation initiatives
