Exp - 7+ yrs

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Lead on enterprise software delivery programs.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or SAFe certification (SSM, RTE) preferred.
• Proven experience in agile coaching and scaling agile practices across multi-team programs.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams in complex technical environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project tracking tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle including backend services, frontend, cloud deployment, and integrations.
• Exposure to AI/ML, ERP integration, or enterprise SaaS delivery programs is highly advantageous.
• Experience supporting release planning and coordinating multi-environment deployments.

Few guidelines for scrum master profile :

1.Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with strong experience in Agile delivery, Scrum practices, and product-oriented thinking.

2. Experience mostly in product companies and non-consultancy firms as banks

3.The ideal candidate must have experience not only in project execution, but also in product delivery, with a clear understanding of how product management differs from project management.

4. If the CV can demonstrate experience in Complex programs and interaction with cross-functional stakeholders will be a plus

5. Non very technical but at least knowledge in AI , DevOps practices and solve at Level 1 technical or functional blockers.
