Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
• Enable collaboration across data engineers, analytics teams, platform teams, and stakeholders
• Track and communicate progress using agile metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Support adoption of scaled agile practices in a multi-team, global environment
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
• Act as a change agent to enhance agile maturity across the organization
