SAP CRM Functional

overall, 6 to 8 years of work experience in SAP CRM sales Services. Should have food knowledge of configuration of overall CRM Module complete end to end sales order management , pricing , different sales scenario's, billing etc Good understanding of SAP CRM and ECC integration on Basic functions Business partner Product master Working knowledge on Middleware troubleshooting Knowledge in SAP Sales and distribution on different areas such as delivery management, STO processing is preferable. Knowledge on Service process with Service Parts Integration Complaints Returns Processing Good understanding of the support process is required with experience in handling tools such as Solution Manager, Issue Management tool, testing tool as HP Quality center Equipment Life Cycle Management ELC Service Install process Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills. Should have team management exposure in support project
