We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM solutions and will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring CRM modules, and ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules to meet client needs.
- Support the implementation of SAP CRM solutions from initiation to go-live.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting.
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules and their functionalities.
- Experience with SAP CRM configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements effectively.
- Proficient in SAP integration processes with other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP certification in CRM is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-specific CRM practices and trends.
