Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the SAP CRM Service module and Installed Base (iBase). The candidate should have extensive experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects, along with strong integration exposure with ECC / S/4HANA systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP CRM Service implementations and rollouts
- Configure and manage Installed Base (iBase) and related master data
- Work on service orders, service contracts, warranties, and entitlements
- Handle incident management, service requests, and complaints processing
- Perform integration between SAP CRM and ECC / S/4HANA
- Work with middleware technologies including IDocs and RFCs
- Configure Business Partner, Partner Determination, and Organizational Model
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
- Provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior consultants
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service module
- Deep expertise in iBase configuration and management
- Experience with ECC / S/4HANA integration
- Knowledge of CRMECC middleware, IDocs, RFCs
- Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
